Each member club is invited and encouraged to submit entries for the various awards offered by (1) The Council of Garden Clubs of Virginia Beach, Inc., (2) Council Presidents, and (3) Individuals.

Each entry is to be submitted in an oxford or theme binder. The cover MUST be labeled with the following information:

1. Name and number of award for which application is being made.
2. Name of club and number of club members.
3. Name and phone number of person submitting entry.

The person submitting an entry not in an oxford or theme binder or incorrectly labeled will be contacted and required to correct the errors.  If you are not sure how to label an entry, please contact the Council Awards Chairman for help.

All entries should follow the individual criteria relative to the award. Accurate documentation, continuity and relative material are important.

All entries will be due on May 10, unless otherwise stated and are to be submitted to the Council Awards Chairman (Awards@VBGardenClubs.org)

Winners will be announced at the Council's Annual Awards Luncheon.
