RESERVATION DEADLINE:Tuesday, May 27,2008 Please send one check per Garden Club. Make club check payable to Council of Garden Clubs of Virginia Beach, Inc. (Sending individual checks adds to the treasurer's bookwork and will not be accepted.) Mail your clubs' reservation list of names and menu selections with club check to: Mrs. Ruth Geel 1100 Chancellar Walk Virginia Beach, Va. 23454 We are asking the clubs to furnish floral centerpieces for 20 tables. Centerpieces should be no larger than 18" in diameter/height. The centerpieces will be given away as table prizes, so please use a container that you do not wish to have back. Table linens will be sage green with white napkins. A sign up sheet will be passed around at our April meeting for clubs wanting to participate in helping with the centerpieces.
